Once the dough is ready, pour it into the prepared mould. For a gourmet touch, arrange a few butter hazelnuts on top of the dough.
If you want to add fruit, you can incorporate them into the dough now or place them on top.
Cooking:
Place the mould in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting the blade of a knife into the center of the cake: it should come out clean.
If the cake turns too thin on the surface before being baked inside, you can cover it with a sheet of foil.
Cooling and service:
Once cooked, take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool in the mould for 10 minutes. Then gently remove it from the grill so that it can cool completely.
This cake is tasted lukewarm or at room temperature. You can serve it as it is, or sprinkle it with icing or the coating of icing to your taste.
