2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup Sriracha sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Step 1: Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ground ginger until well combined.
Step 3: Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa in the slow cooker, ensuring all the pieces are evenly coated.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the kielbasa is heated through and the flavors are well absorbed.
