1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced beef chuck roast

1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 cup beef broth

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

3 cloves minced garlic

2 teaspoons sesame oil

4 cups broccoli florets

Cooked white rice

Directions:

Place the thinly sliced beef in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the beef is tender.
