Vanilla Pudding Cinnamon Rolls

Prepare the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Make the Pudding:
Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to package instructions and set aside.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared pudding, melted butter, eggs, salt, and the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Add Flour:
Gradually add flour, starting with about 4 cups. Mix until combined, then continue adding flour until a soft dough forms (you may need 6 to 7 cups total). The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
Knead the Dough:
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise:
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
Roll Out the Dough:
After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out into a rectangle approximately 17×12 inches.
Add Filling:
Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
