Separate the eggs: First separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the mixture: Put the egg yolks, quark, sugar, cream, sour cream, oil, vanilla pudding powder, lemon flavor, rum and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix everything well.
Fold in the egg whites: Carefully fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the quark mixture. Baking: Grease a baking pan, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and fill it with the quark mixture. Bake the cake at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 60-70 minutes. Important: Do not open the oven door while baking!
Allow to cool: Allow the cake to cool completely in the switched off oven before removing it from the pan.
