A dream for pudding lovers
This fluffy vanilla pudding cake is the perfect end to any meal. Thanks to the simple preparation and the few ingredients, it is guaranteed to be a success.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
850 g quark (low-fat quark is also suitable)
200 g sugar
2 cups of sweet cream (200g each)
2 cups of sour cream (200g each)
3 tbsp neutral oil
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
3 drops of lemon flavor
1 tsp rum
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
