After washing and drying the 500 ml Mason jars, pour the rosemary, garlic and thyme at the bottom.

Once the tomatoes are cooked, fill the jars and add the spices and garlic from time to time.

Finally, they must be covered with oil and finally the lid must be screwed on. To close, the jars must be turned upside down for about 10 hours. Finally, turn them over and put them back in the right direction. Then store them in a dry place.

You will have them ready all year round!
