Recipe:
Korean carrots – 150 g.
crab sticks – 200 g.
2 eggs
processed cheese – 1 pc.
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
How to cook:
For the salad we need a pack of crab sticks, 2 boiled eggs, processed cheese, mayonnaise and Korean carrots. You can find the recipe for homemade Korean carrots on the channel.
First of all, the crab sticks need to be divided into fibers, I do this with a fork, but you can also use your hands, whichever is more convenient for you. And put it in a suitable bowl.
Next, grate the eggs here on a coarse grater, and then the processed cheese, I use “Druzhba”, to make grating more convenient, put it in the freezer for a while. You can replace it with any other cheese you like.
