Mama’s Corn Casserole Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (8.5 ounces) or substitute
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 can (14.75 ounces) creamed corn
1 can (15 ounces or so) corn, drained
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, drained corn, Jiffy cornbread mix, eggs, melted butter, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.
