Easy 5-Layer Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef, cooked until brown and crumbly
3 big russet potatoes, sliced into thin pieces
1 can (15 ounces) of diced tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 large onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Sufficient olive oil, as required
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with oil .
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, sliced onions, chopped green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Follow with the ground beef mixture on top.
