The hit only 3 ingredients, strawberry dream with yogurt

First, wash and hull the strawberries. Cut 175g of the berries into pieces. Then add 20g sugar and lemon juice and puree.
Now mix the mascarpone, quark, yogurt, 50g sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar.
Then whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate.
Now halve the remaining strawberries and sprinkle with sugar, letting them stand. Place on top of the cream and decorate.
