– Mix the peeled garlic cloves, onion, tomato hearts and parsley to obtain a puree.
– In a large salad bowl, mix the two meats: sausage meat and the minced meat. Add the garlic, onion, tomato hearts and parsley puree, sugar and a whole egg, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well to obtain a homogeneous paste.
– In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan.
– Using a spoon, stuff the tomatoes and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture.
– Cook them for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven, place the hats in the oven halfway through cooking.
– Serve hot with the accompaniment of your choice
