Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Prepare the Cabbage: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage head and gently place the cabbage in the boiling water. Blanch for about 2-3 minutes until the leaves are soft. Remove and let cool. Peel off the leaves one by one and set aside.
Make the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Stuff the Cabbage Leaves: Take a cabbage leaf and place about 2-3 tablespoons of the meat mixture at the base of the leaf. Fold the sides in and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
Prepare the Sauce: In a large saucepan, pour in the tomato sauce and add a little water if needed to thin it out. Bring it to a simmer.
Arrange and Cook: In a large baking dish, spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce on the bottom. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam side down in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for about 1 hour, or until the meat is fully cooked and the cabbage is tender.
Serve: Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious stuffed cabbage rolls!
