List of ingredients
1 pound of chicken breasts or thighs without bones or skin.
8 cups of chicken broth. (Amount of chicken broth: 8 cups)
2 cups of water.
2 carrots, not too big, peeled and sliced.
2 pieces of celery, cut into pieces.
1 onion of medium size, chopped into small pieces.
3 cloves of garlic – finely chopped.
laurel leaf
1 teaspoon Thyme that has been dried.
1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
2 cups of pasta made from eggs.
How to Prepare Chicken Noodle Soup
Get the chicken ready first. If you plan to use chicken breast, you need to chop it into small pieces. When cooking with chicken thighs, you can keep them whole or cut them into smaller pieces, depending on your preference.
Warm the oil in a big pot or a heavy pot and adjust the heat to medium. Once you put the chicken in, keep cooking for around 5 minutes or until it turns brown on both sides. Take the chicken out of the pan and place it in a different container.
