Simple recipe with a little secret to make it as fluffy as a cloud!

Ingredients:

4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (10g) salt
2 teaspoons (10g) sugar
1 ½ tablespoons (15g) dry yeast (or 2 tablespoons/30g fresh yeast)
