Ingredients
1 bunch of spring onions or 2 shallots or onions
1 packet of cream cheese or crème fraîche
200 g ham, raw or cooked
pepper
1 roll of puff pastry from the freezer
a little salt
Preparation
1- First peel the onions and cut them into cubes together with the ham. Now mix with the cream cheese and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. If you want, you can also add a few herbs de Provence.
2. Then spread this mixture well on the spread out puff pastry. Now carefully roll up the dough and cut into slices about 3 cm thick. Place these on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
