Ribs Recipe

Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs to coat them well.
Place in the slow cooker:
Pour the apple cider vinegar and water into the bottom of the slow cooker to retain moisture.
Arrange the ribs in the slow cooker, holding them upright against the sides or cutting them into sections to fit.
Slow cook:
Cook the ribs on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Slow cooking at a low temperature will produce the most tender ribs, where the meat falls off the bone. Finish with BBQ sauce:
Once the ribs are cooked, carefully remove them from the slow cooker (they will be very tender).
Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce.
Optional step for crispy edges:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) or turn on the broiler.
Place the sauce-brushed ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and broil for about 5 to 8 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes and becomes lightly charred.
Serve:
Carve between the bones and serve your ribs with a little more BBQ sauce on the side.
Enjoy ribs so tender and flavorful, you’ll never want to use your grill again! 🍖
