Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs (approximately 1.5 kg)
250 ml barbecue sauce (your choice or homemade)
100 g brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (for extra smoky flavor)
Salt and black pepper to taste
60 ml apple cider vinegar
60 ml water
Optional: 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (for extra smoky flavor)
Instructions:
Prepare the ribs:
Remove the silvery membrane from the back of the ribs if it is still attached. This will make the meat more tender.
Blot the ribs dry with paper towels. Season the ribs:
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
