200 milliliters of heated milk and/or water
Half a spoonful of sugar
One teaspoon of salt
10 grams of dry yeast

Preparation
Begin by heating 200 milliliters of milk and/or water. You can use either milk, water, or a combination of both depending on your preference.

Once the liquid is heated, add half a spoonful of sugar and one teaspoon of salt to it. Stir well until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

Next, add 10 grams of dry yeast to the mixture. Give it a gentle stir and let it sit for a few minutes until the yeast becomes activated and starts to foam.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the activated yeast mixture with the desired amount of flour. You can use all-purpose flour or bread flour for this recipe.
Mix everything together until a soft and slightly sticky dough forms. Don’t worry if the dough feels a bit sticky, as it will become more manageable as you continue to knead.
