Put raw cubed chicken in a slow cooker with these 4 ingredients. You’ll crave this all winter.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta is one of those dishes that perfectly marries comfort food with a little bit of a kick. Growing up in the Midwest, I was always surrounded by hearty meals that could feed a crowd, and this recipe is no exception. It’s perfect for those busy weekdays when you want something delicious but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. With just five ingredients, you can toss everything in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a meal that’s ready to serve. Plus, who doesn’t love the tangy, spicy flavor of buffalo sauce?
This Buffalo Chicken Pasta pairs wonderfully with a simple green salad on the side to balance out the richness of the dish. You might also want to serve it with some crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. If you’re feeling a bit indulgent, a side of roasted vegetables like broccoli or asparagus can add a nice crunch and some extra nutrition to your meal.
