Ingredients:
– 1 pack of rectangular puff pastry from the refrigerated section
– 200g sour cream
– 80g smoked ham, diced
– 100g grated cheese
Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry and spread half of the sour cream on one half. Spread half of the ham cubes and cheese on top. Fold the uncoated side of the puff pastry over the covered side. Spread another half of the pastry with the remaining sour cream and arrange the ham cubes and cheese shavings on top.
