Puff pastry filled with 250g quark and vanilla pudding

Ingredients
250 g quark
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder
20 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 puff pastry rolls
Milk (for the egg yolk and milk mixture)
Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and a pinch of salt until creamy.

Now, roll out the puff pastry sheets.
Spread the prepared vanilla quark cream evenly on one sheet of pastry.

Place the second sheet on top, without pressing down.
