Crispy potato sticks are a delicious and easy to prepare snack. Potatoes are cut into sticks and baked until golden and crispy. They can be seasoned with herbs, spices or grated cheese for a more intense taste.
Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
2g (1/2 teaspoon) Pepper
110g (2/3 cup) Cornstarch
8g (2 teaspoons) Salt
Parsley
100g (1 cup) Cheese
30ml (2 tablespoons) Oil
3g (1 teaspoon) Paprika
1l (4 cups)
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into squares and cook. Mash them and add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, cheese and mix. Add the cornstarch and knead.
Divide the mixture in two pieces. From one piece enlarge, and from the other make smaller stripes.
