Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
1.5 pounds of thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or sirloin)
1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Steak seasoning to taste
1 cup beef broth
8 slices of provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls
Directions
Place the sliced beef, onion, beef broth, steak seasoning, and green bell pepper into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and cooked through.
Once cooked, stir the mixture to combine the flavors.
Preheat your oven to broil.
Slice the hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
