No more rotten and black bananas after a few days

Once the jar is layered with these aromatic additions, carefully arrange the banana pieces inside, ensuring they fit snugly within the confines of the glass container. Aim to accommodate about a dozen banana pieces, distributing them evenly to facilitate optimal preservation.
To further enhance the flavor and longevity of the preserved bananas, add an additional two or three slices of chili pepper, infusing the concoction with an extra kick of spice. Follow this with a teaspoon of sugar, which will impart a subtle sweetness to counterbalance the heat of the peppers.

Now, it’s time to address the crucial element of preservation: the solution. In a small mixing bowl, combine one and a half teaspoons of salt, a teaspoon of 70% vinegar, and a splash of hot water. Stir the ingredients together until the salt and sugar are fully dissolved, creating a preserving solution that will safeguard the bananas against spoilage.

Before proceeding further, it’s imperative to ensure the jars are thoroughly sterilized to prevent any unwanted bacterial growth. Utilize hot water for this step, and consider placing a protective fabric inside each jar to cushion the delicate banana pieces and prevent direct contact with potentially sharp edges.
