NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients:

300g of small cookies

30g butter

300 ml of milk

100g powdered sugar

15g of cocoa

125g milk chocolate

chopped pistachio

Method:

Chop the biscuits, add the softened butter, sugar, cocoa and milk, then knead into a fine paste and roll in cling film. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cut the roll into 2 cm thick pieces and dip the chocolate. Sprinkle the chocolate, while it is still liquid, with the crushed pistachios.
