Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti (or your choice of pasta)
3 cups cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie chicken works well)
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (6 oz) French’s fried onions, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or non-stick spray for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
