MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
THE CAKE
▢1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
▢1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
▢1 teaspoon baking soda
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
▢2 cup sugar
▢2 large eggs
▢¼ cup milk
▢¼ cup sour cream
▢¼ cup vegetable oil
▢¼ cup melted butter
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢1 cup boiling water
THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING
▢1 cup unsalted butter softened
▢½ cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
▢5 cups sifted confectioners sugar
▢5 tablespoon milk
▢2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350F/180C. Grease and flour three 8” pans or line them with parchment paper.
