Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

Serves- 8
Cook Time- 8 hours

1 3-4 pound chuck roast
½ 12 ounce jar whole pepperoncini’s with the juice
1 1 ounce packet brown gravy mix
1 0.4 oz package dry ranch dressing mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
1 stick of butter
Instructions
In your slow cooker place your roast.
In a small bowl mix together your brown gravy mix, ranch mix, broth and water, stir to combine.
Pour all over the roast.
