Ingredients:
For the base:
200 g biscuits (e.g., butter biscuits or digestive biscuits)
100 g butter (melted)
For the filling:
500 g mascarpone
300 g cream cheese
150 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for a firmer consistency)
Preparation:
Prepare the base:
Grind the biscuits into fine crumbs in a blender or with a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix well.
Spread the biscuit mixture evenly into a springform pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter) and press down lightly to form a firm base.
