Dough
2 eggs
80 g sugar
7 g baking powder
200 g flour
80 ml Fanta (sweet chocolate)
80 ml sunflower oil
Paradise Cream
400 g cream
300 ml milk
3 packs of Paradise Cream “Lemon”
Fruit
2 small cans of mandarin oranges (drained weight 350 g)
Decoration
100 g cream
1 tsp. San-apart
Instructions
First, drain two small cans of mandarin oranges.
Now, place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat.
Then, mix and add the flour and baking powder.
Pour in the Fanta and sunflower oil and mix everything into a smooth batter.
Adjust the baking frame to 20 cm x 26 cm and line with baking paper.
Now, pour in the batter and smooth it out.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 18 to 20 minutes.
Let the cake cool.
