Low-carb pizza dough with quark – delicious protein bomb for weight loss

Preparation:

1.) Preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven.

2.) Prepare a bowl for the pizza dough. Mix the quark, grated cheese, and eggs well. Season with a little oregano and pepper.

3.) Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pre-bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

4.) In the meantime, chop the ingredients for the topping. Remove the pre-baked dough from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, and arrange the remaining ingredients on top.

5.) Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the desired doneness is reached.

Tips and useful information:
A mixed salad or raw vegetables are suitable as a side dish.

This low-carb pizza dough can also be used as a substitute for a wrap.
