Low-carb pizza dough with quark – delicious protein bomb for weight loss

Today we have a recipe for a delicious low-carb pizza dough with quark. This low-carb dough consists of only three ingredients and is ready in just a few minutes.

This makes our low-carb pizza dough perfect for a quick weeknight meal. Of course, it can also be made vegetarian by adjusting the toppings accordingly.

Ingredients for the protein-rich low-carb pizza dough with quark:
175g grated mozzarella or other grated cheese

Important: Only use pre-grated mozzarella. Using homemade mozzarella will result in a runny dough!

200g low-fat quark / low-fat curd cheese

3 eggs

A little oregano and pepper

Ingredients for the topping:
A little tomato sauce (passerine)

75g grated mozzarella

50g cooked ham

50g bacon or bacon

1 large mushroom or 2-3 small ones

1/2 onion
