Ingredients:
2 medium carrots
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (or a small piece of fresh turmeric)
1 cup warm water
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Peel and chop the carrots, then puree with warm water until smooth.
If you prefer a lighter consistency, strain the juice.
Add turmeric, lemon juice and honey. Mix well.
Drink in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before bed.
