Korean flags

Ingredients
For the flags:
• Hot dog type sausages (they can be regular, cheese, or your choice)
• Skewer sticks
• Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or another that melts well) cut into pieces (optional)

For the mass:
• 1 cup of wheat flour
• 1 spoon of sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup of milk
• Skewer sticks (the same ones you will use to skewer the sausages)

To coat:
• Breadcrumbs or panko
• Vegetable oil (for frying)
