Variations & Tips
For a bit of heat, add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture. If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove the pork once cooked and transfer the sauce to a saucepan. Simmer on the stove until it reduces to your desired consistency. You can also substitute honey for maple syrup if you prefer a different kind of sweetness.
