Ingredients
For the Chocolate Chip Cookie Base:
1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie crumbs (about 12 cookies)
1/2 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
2 packages cream cheese (16 oz total), at room temperature
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
For the Killer Brownie Layer:
1 package brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)
For the Cookie Dough Layer:
1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9-inch springform cake pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Create the Chocolate Chip Cookie Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chip cookie crumbs and melted butter until well incorporated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared cake pan to form the base layer.
3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Pour this luscious cheesecake filling over the cookie base in the pan, spreading it out evenly.
4. Add the Killer Brownie Layer
Next, pour the prepared brownie mixture over the cheesecake layer, covering it completely. This adds a rich and fudgy element to the dessert.
