I sealed 35 jars of this cucumber snack for the winter and there was nothing left. It is very tasty and can be stored in the cupboard.

All that remains is to place the cucumbers in jars, close them tightly and turn them over until they cool completely. Makes 7 jars of 550 ml from 3 kg of cucumbers. This snack can be stored at room temperature.

You can also not roll the cucumbers, but simply put them in a container and store in the refrigerator. This will be a great appetizer for any table.
