1. Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, whisk flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Add warm water and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
2. Knead Until Smooth (5-7 mins by hand / 3-4 mins in a mixer)
Turn onto a floured surface and knead until elastic and smooth.
(Dough should pass the “windowpane test”—stretch a small piece thinly without tearing.)
3. First Rise (1 Hour)
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.
4. Shape & Second Rise (30 mins, optional)
Divide dough into 2 balls, cover, and let rest 30 mins for easier stretching.
5. Bake Your Pizza!
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.
Stretch dough, add toppings, and bake 10-15 mins until golden.
