Homemade New York Style Strawberry

To make homemade New York-style strawberry cheesecake, follow these steps:

Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
For the topping:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to press it down evenly.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
