🌺🥗 Hawaiian Macaroni Salad 🥗🌺

Ingredients
For the Salad:
8 oz (225g) elbow macaroni (or any short pasta)
1 cup shredded carrots
4 scallions (green onions), finely chopped
For the Dressing:
1¼ cups mayonnaise
¼ cup milk (or plant-based milk for dairy-free)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
Make the Dressing:
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
