3. Add dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture, alternating with cold water until both are combined.
4. Flour gumdrops with a tablespoon of flour. Stir into mixture.
5. Line cake pan with parchment.
6. Bake in oven at 325°F for 60 mins. Place a pan of water beside cake to create moisture in your oven. Remove water bath and bake for 20-25 more mins.
*I baked this in a 10 inch tube cake pan. You could also use a loaf pan but it will probably take a bit longer to cook- so you’ll have to adjust your baking time.
