Grandmother’s 100-Year-Old Cake Recipe Let’s bake a timeless treat together!

3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp sugar, 3-4 tbsp sour cream 🍫🍨
Instructions:
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Gradually add 180g sugar to egg whites and continue beating.
Mix egg yolks with 100g water and fold into the egg white mixture.
Sift in 130g flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Bake in a 20cm cake pan at 180°C for 40 minutes.
For the custard, cook 2 eggs, 50g sugar, starch, and condensed milk until thickened. Add 250g milk and vanilla. Cool.
Cut the cake in half, soak with sweetened milk.
Blend the cooled custard with 200g butter and sandwich the cake layers.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
For the icing, cook cocoa, sugar, and sour cream, then decorate the cake.
