Grandma’s cabbage rolls

Soak the stale rolls in water and then squeeze out any excess water. Finely chop the onion and mix with the ground beef, rolls, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika. Blanch the white cabbage to loosen the leaves. Take a cabbage leaf, fill it with the meat mixture, and roll it up. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cabbage rolls on both sides. Add the stock and simmer for about 45 minutes.
