1. First mix the 3 packs of chocolate pudding powder and 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder with the eggs, oil, sugar and baking powder for at least 10 minutes.
2. Then put the mixture in a high baking tray, spread it out and bake at 170° C for approx. 15 minutes.
3. Now bring the cherries to the boil with 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder until the mixture is nice and firm and then pour it onto the still warm cake base. Leave to cool for at least 2 hours.
4. Next, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the cream stabilizer and then pour it onto the cake, sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
Tip:
Another variant: To make a cake, bake 2 bases from the dough. Spread the cherry mixture onto both bases, then put some cream between the two halves, then garnish with cream, cherries and chocolate leaves.
