Flatbread with Green Onions and Spinach Made at Home

Ingredients:

300 milliliters of warm water, which is equivalent to 1 and a half cups.

1 teaspoon of salt, which is equivalent to 7 grams.

1 egg

550 grams of flour, which is equivalent to 4 and 1/5 cups.

40 grams of chopped green onions

50 grams of chopped spinach

1/2 small spoon of salt

Half a teaspoon of red pepper.

100 grams of melted butter
PREPARATION:
Make the dough.

Combine the liquid ingredients.

In a big bowl, mix together the warm water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the egg. Stir thoroughly until everything is mixed together evenly.

Include flour.

Slowly pour the flour into the mix while stirring constantly. Keep adding flour until the dough is soft and easy to work with. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour little by little until it has the right texture.

Work the dough by pressing, folding, and stretching it.

Place the dough on a surface with a little flour and knead it for 5-7 minutes until it is soft and stretchy.

Include the vegetables. 5. Put some green onions and spinach.

Press the dough down a little and put the chopped green onions, chopped spinach, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper on top. Mix the vegetables into the dough until they are spread out evenly.

Step 5: Allow the dough to rest and rise.

Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and leave it in a warm spot for around 1 hour until it doubles in size.
