Fantastic dough for Swiss rolls, does not break and is ready in 15 minutes

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the preheated oven.
Now bake at 180°C for about 7-10 minutes.
After baking, roll up the dough along with the parchment paper and let it cool.
Remove the parchment paper, spread the cream on the dough, top with fruit, and roll it up.
