Fantastic dough for Swiss rolls, does not break and is ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients
For the dough
6 eggs
120 g sugar
120 g flour
For the filling
a cream (e.g., sweetened quark)
any fruit – e.g., tangerines
Also:
powdered sugar
chocolate/couverture/chocolate glaze for decoration
Preparation
First, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with sugar until frothy, then stir in the egg yolks one at a time.
Finally, fold in the flour.
