Preparing these muffins is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to treat your taste buds in no time:
Start by breaking the chocolate into pieces.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder and eggs. Make sure you get a homogeneous dough.
Pour the batter into muffin molds previously buttered or lined with paper cases.
Spread the chocolate pieces on top of the dough, pressing them in slightly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
