Easy Mexican Taco Lasagna

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a deep cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, brown your ground beef, breaking it up into small pieces while cooking. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes (with juice) into the browned beef.

Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with half of the tortillas.

Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the tortillas.

Top with the remaining tortillas, then spread salsa over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven, serve, and

enjoy!
